PROTEIN COOKIES 

3 RIPE bananas, mashed

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

2 Tablespoons coconut oil

⅓ cup golden raisins

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

⅓ cup coconut flour

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon sea salt

scoop of Muscle CANdi​ Protein Powder

1/4 c unsweetened shredded coconut

¼ cup sliced almonds

¼ cup unsweetened, freeze dried berries (no sugar added)

***optional cocoa powder or press 1 or 2 stevia choc chips into each cookie as they cool


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. In a food processor, combine bananas, applesauce, coconut oil, raisins, vanilla extract and vinegar. Pulse until smooth.


3. add coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, & MC protein powder to the food processor & pulse until mixed. Add the coconut flakes, almonds and dried berries. Pulse briefly until just incorporated.


4. Use an ice cream scooper to place the dough 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until golden and baked through.


5. Allow to cool for 5 min on the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.


(ok for breakfast) So good with no added sugar! Serves: 20

CANdi COOKIEDOUGH BALLS

These moist, yummy, cookie dough balls are the perfect quick energy snack to pop into your mouth in the middle of a busy afternoon. Just don’t be surprised when you find yourself smiling from ear to ear!


What you need- Servings: 32

  • 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup of ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 scoops Muscle CANdi Protein Powder (about 2/3 cup)
  • 20 drops liquid stevia OR ½ cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter (no sugar added – just peanuts and salt) CAN DO PREPARED PB2 to lower calories and fat
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup water (or coffee for a caffeine boost!)
  • ½ cup of stevia-sweetened chocolate chips ( i love lilys from walmart)
  • sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

1. Place rolled oats, ground flax seed, cinnamon, vanilla protein powder, stevia, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and water (or coffee) in a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are blended.


2. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the chocolate chips. Stir. Note: the mixture will appear crumbly, but once you press it together it will stick.


3. Form into 1" balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt. Cover & refrigerator for 2 hours. Enjoy!


Nutrition

One serving equals: 100 calories, 6g fat, 8g carbohydrate, 1g sugar, 46mg sodium, 3g fiber, and 5g protein.

CANdi ThinMint COOKIE

These crispy, thin, chocolate-minty cookies come out PERFECT! and guilt free


What you need:  ⅔ c rolled oats ⅓ c chocolate MUSCLE CANDI Protein Powder​. ¼ c unsweetened cocoa powder,​½ c granular Swerve, ¼ tsp baking soda ⅛ tsp sea sal.t ½ cup milk 2 tbsp coconut oil​¼ tsp peppermint oil ½ cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips


Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & line a baking sheet w/ parchment paper.


2. Place the oats in a food processor & pulse to powder. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, swerve, baking soda & salt. Pulse to combine.


3. Add the milk, coconut oil & peppermint oil & pulse into a dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 10 minutes. 


4. Roll & press 24 cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a piece of plastic wrap as a barrier on top of the cookie balls, then press down w/ the bottom of a glass to flatten into a thin cookie. Remove the plastic & bake for 12 minutes.


5. Melt the Lily’s chips, & carefully dip each cookie into the melted chocolate & place back onto the parchment paper. Chill for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!


Nutrition One serving equals: 57 calories, 3g fat, 43mg sodium, 9g carbohydrates, 2g fiber, 0g sugar and 5g protein.

ChiaSeed CANdiPudding

Recommend You Make Overnight


    Use 2 tsp of Chia, 1/2 scoop of MUSCLE CANdi protein powder to 1 & 1/2 cup of milk

    I like putting it in the blend but will work fine if you mix by hand

    Have fun!  (pour a smoothie on top or even add plain gelatin to your smoothie & refrigerate)

    Try w cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg (w/ optional rasins)

    Try w 1/2 tsp lemon juice & 1/2 tsp lemon zest (or do the same with oranges or oranges & fresh cranberries)

    Can add a variety of fruit (w optional mint)

    Can add cocoa powder

    Try w half milk & 1/2 of that thick coconut milk
